In-House Photographer With Strong Color Grading Skills

We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has proven professional photography experience (agency, studio, or strong freelance portfolio counts)
✔️ Has an eye for creative — you don't just capture, you conceptualize the shot before it happens
✔️ Can strategize a shoot: what look, what mood, what will actually work for the content it's producing
✔️ Owns the process: shoots it, sorts it, grades it — then hands off to the Graphic Designers for final output
✔️ Strong command of Lightroom + Photoshop (Capture One a plus)
✔️ **Proven color grading skills** — can build a look and hold it across a full set
✔️ Open to collaborating with the Shoot Lead — not a lone-wolf photographer, but part of the creative
✔️ Comfortable in natural light, studio strobes, and continuous lighting
✔️ Deadline-driven, coachable, detail-obsessed 🎯
