Inclusive Child Care (ICC) Coach

About the role

help early childhood educators build the skills, knowledge and confidence to create inclusive learning environments where all children can participate and thrive.

Tasks

• work alongside educators, program leaders, families and community partners to provide coaching, professional learning and practical support using evidence-based Pyramid Model practices.

Requirements

• related degree or diploma
• at least five years of leadership experience in early learning and child care
• strong understanding of inclusive practices and professional coaching

Schedule

• Temporary, full-time position
• 35 hours per week
• Position runs until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension
