💼 Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, capacity optimization, cost reduction, and data-driven decision-making across large-scale manufacturing operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated Industrial Engineering (IE) models covering capacity, labor, material flow, PFEP, and COGS.
Build capacity, labor, OEE, cycle time, scrap, and yield models.
Perform bottleneck analysis, WIP optimization, line balancing, and material flow analysis.
Develop capital investment business cases using ROI, IRR, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis.
Support factory layout planning, greenfield/brownfield projects, and manufacturing ramp-up.
Leverage simulation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve operational performance.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, MES, and Controls teams.

🔹 Nice to Have:
Greenfield/Brownfield project experience
CAPEX management and capital investment analysis
Factory layout planning and simulation tools
AI-driven manufacturing analytics
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
