Industrial Site Installer/Laborer in Sheffield, Alabama

Seeking an Industrial Site Installer/Laborer for demolition and concrete forming work at an industrial manufacturing site in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. This full-time, on-site role involves hands-on physical labor and requires a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and assist with concrete forming on an industrial site.
• Lift and move materials and equipment.
• Measure length, height, and weight accurately.
• Assemble components, use hand tools, and set up machinery as needed.

Requirements

• Current forklift certification and OSHA 10 certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Safety-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work extended schedules.
• Ability to work a required schedule of up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week when project demands require it. Workload may vary by week.
• Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical work throughout long shifts.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

Schedule and Opportunity

Some weeks may require 12-hour shifts up to 7 days per week, though not every week will have this schedule. The project may be extended, with potential for direct hire.
