Industrial Site Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, industrial Engineering.
- 7-10 Years of Experience in chemical industry preferably in detergents and/or Insecticides industry.
- 3-5 years at least in supervisory/ managerial position.
- Resident of Irbid City, Jordan ( or surrounding governorates).
- Rich Experience in the Production, R&D, quality and operation.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Familiarity with the requirements of the relevant Jordanian authorities and Permits.
- Strong knowledge of Safety, Environmental and quality regulations.
- Strong Leadership, team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Strong time management.
- ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to details and organization skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Solid Communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work under pressure.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
