Crown beverage limited Pepsi Uganda is hiring a full-time Industrial Worker in New York, New York. Join a fast-paced manufacturing team and help meet production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to support reliable performance.
- Inspect products, follow quality standards, and comply with safety protocols throughout production.
- Coordinate with coworkers and other departments to maintain a smooth production workflow.
- Document production activities and promptly report operational issues to the production supervisor.
- Assist with inventory management and the storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Participate in training and development to strengthen job skills and safety knowledge.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Machine operation skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and compliance.
Team and Compensation
