Information Technology Officer I

Digital Certificate Division (DCD) of DICT's Cybersecurity Bureau is looking for a new team member to join the PNPKI Team!

Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related ICT course
- Knowledgeable in project management and coordination
- Knowledgeable in preparing Terms of Reference (TOR) and conducting market research
- Familiarity with government procurement processes is an advantage
- Good technical documentation and report presentation skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
