You will work alongside experienced professionals while developing the skills required to contribute effectively to client projects and business initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesSupport project-related activities including analysis, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address business and technical challenges.Work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.Adhere to TCS quality standards, security policies, and best practices.Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and business needs.Contribute to innovation initiatives, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.
Skills & KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields (graduation date: June 2025-June 2026)Knowledge and basic experience of at least one of the following skills: Oracle Database, IT Service Management (ITSM), Voice SupportStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in English.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.Willingness to relocate near or to San Jose Chiapa, Puebla.Availability to work on-site environment as required by project assignments.
