Position OverviewAnaliza nuevos productos, desarrolla y hace mejoras al proceso productivo.Elabora y actualiza "Procedimientos de manufactura", "Instrucciones de trabajo" y "Manuales de procesos"Balanceo de las líneas de producción.Participa en introducción de nuevos productosJustifica e implementa la adquisición de fixturas, herramientas y/o equipo para mejorar procesos.Proveer análisis de costos para implementación de ECOS/Desviaciones o cualquier otro cambio de proceso.Elaboración de documentos relacionados con ingeniería de procesos.Leer e interpretar al 100% las especificaciones de los clientes y elaborar cotizaciones de clientes nuevos.Atender los requerimientos de los clientesEspecificar y detallar instrucciones especiales al área de producciónEs su responsabilidad cumplir y respetar las normas y procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por la empresa.Who you areBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalentExperience facilitating kaizen events and/or key participant role is desirable.Experience in manufacturing engineering Computer and analytical skills required 2+ years’ experience leading and managing people, departments and organizations, with production/plant management leadership preferred.
