Job description
Requirements
- Strong experience with plastic injection molding processes
- Hands-on experience in process validation
- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ
- Process development, characterization, optimization amp; troubleshooting
- Experience with validation protocols and reports
- Knowledge of DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk is a plus
- Medical device / healthcare / regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
