Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective US customers, ensuring a high level of engagement. Qualify leads effectively by identifying customer needs and clearly explaining Bridgecore’s service offerings to maximize conversion rates. Guide customers through the enrollment, application, or onboarding process with clear, step-by-step support to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle objections professionally using proven consultative selling techniques to close deals efficiently and meet sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows. Collaborate with the sales manager to refine sales scripts, campaigns, and outreach strategies based on customer feedback and market trends. Track daily activity metrics such as talk time, lead touches, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments to monitor performance and identify improvement areas. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets across monthly and quarterly cycles, contributing to Bridgecore’s overall growth. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C/B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting, preferably with US accounts. Excellent English communication skills with a confident, engaging phone presence tailored to US customer expectations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and effective objection handling. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Preferred: Experience working with US-based customers and understanding of their cultural and business nuances. Ability to provide constructive feedback on sales processes and customer pain points to support continuous improvement.
