• Process customer orders from quote to invoice
• Manage customer relationships and order updates
• Coordinate with sales, parts, and shop teams
• Assist with equipment, rentals, repairs, and parts
• Maintain accurate order documentation
• Resolve customer issues and identify upsell opportunities
