Institutional Cleaning Staff – Zapopan, Jalisco

Luis Manuel Linares Albuerne is hiring full-time Institutional Cleaning Staff in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. Help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility for employees and visitors. This on-site role is part of a collaborative team and reports to the Cleaning Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas each day, maintaining high standards across surfaces and shared spaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report supply or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Choose suitable cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials.
• Follow health and safety procedures while handling cleaning products and equipment.
• Coordinate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Support special cleaning projects and other upkeep tasks as requested.
• Manage waste disposal in accordance with sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• No formal education is required; previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow updated cleaning methods and protocols.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
