Instructional Designer

Tasks

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and virtual training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.
• Use instructional design principles and AI tools to improve content development.
• Upload, test, and maintain training content in an LMS.
• Ensure content quality, accessibility, and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design or Training Development preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience developing e-learning courses, virtual training materials, and job aids.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.
• Strong visual design, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus!
• Candidates with less experience but strong instructional design skills and learning potential are also encouraged to apply.
