Job description
Tasks
- Design and develop in-residence and distance learning courses using the ISD model.
Requirements
- DoD training experience
- Active TOP SECRET clearance, SCI eligible
- MA/MS with coursework in learning theory, instructional design, educational evaluation, and instructional product development OR 3+ years in DoD military education and training as an instructor, instructional designer, or in a related leadership role
- 4+ years of instructional design or related experience
- 4+ years using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
- 4+ years applying the ISD model to in-residence and distance learning courses as a subject matter expert
