Education: Master’s Degree in the area of specialization or its allied/related fields
Experience: None Required (Preferably with relevant experience)
Training: None Required (Preferably with relevant training)
Eligibility: None Required; RA 1080 for courses requiring Board/BAR eligibility

Requirements

2. Updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae
3. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment and Service Record from previous employers (if any)
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma/Certification of Units/Years of Specializations Undertakings
6. Photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility / PRC license and Board Rating (RA 1080), if applicable
7. Photocopy of certificates of trainings/seminals attended, awards received and similar undertakings
8. Photocopy of latest performance rating (if any)
9. Fully accomplished MSU HRM Forms (HRM-FRM-021 and HRM-FRM-035 – can be downloaded at MSU website)
