Requirements
- Valid certificates of completion for IMO Model Courses 6.09, 6.10, and 3.12.
- Valid certificates of accreditation or approval (COA) for BVTSTCO, BTDGTCO, ATTCCO, ATOTC0, and PLTG TCO.
- Certificate of Competency (COC) appropriate to the rank or operational level being instructed or assessed.
- Documented sea service and relevant onboard experience as required by MARINA for training or instrumentation and assessment roles.
- Compliance with additional qualifications and credentials mandated by MARINA and other governing maritime bodies.
