Job description
Tasks
- Manage liability defense matters for insurers, self-insured entities and corporate clients.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, arbitrations and mediations.
- Prepare cases for trial, conduct legal research and deliver proactive client reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years insurance defense litigation
- JD.
- Active PA law license.
- Independent insurance defense case management, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions and trial preparation.
- Automobile liability experience strongly preferred.
