About the role
Providing comprehensive support to case management services for individuals from vulnerable populations.
Tasks
- Supporting Intensive Case Coordinators with the implementation of case plans for male clients housed in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week supported housing environment.
- Providing an expansion of basic needs services and intensive case management based out of the Newo Yotina Friendship Centre.
Requirements
- Preference will be given to qualified Indigenous candidates who self-identify.
- Education and experience determine pay.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- To March 31, 2027 with possibility of extension
Pay
- $20-$24/hr depending on education and experience
