Luxury Residential Interior Design

Tasks

• Develop AutoCAD floor plans, elevations + design documentation
• Assist with design concepts, materials + client presentations
• Source + specify furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes + custom furnishings
• Support purchasing, procurement + vendor coordination
• Maintain project specifications, schedules + documentation
• Participate in site visits, installations + project meetings
• Collaborate with the principal designer + studio team

Requirements

• 1–5 years of PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERIENCE
• #AutoCAD proficiency REQUIRED
• Understanding of residential construction, materials + custom furnishings
• Proficiency in #MicrosoftOffice + #Dropbox
• Strong design sensibility, organization + attention to detail
• Excellent communication + time management skills
• #StudioDesigner or similar purchasing software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with #AI + emerging design technologies is a plus.
