Enside Elevation Decor Design and Implementation L is looking for a skilled Interior Site Supervisor to lead interior design projects in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring quality, and managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Management & Coordination Supervise daily interior site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Manage manpower allocation and task distribution efficiently. 2. Quality Control Review drawings, material specs, and design details prior to execution. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project standards and quality benchmarks. Identify defects and implement corrective actions promptly. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Track project milestones and progress to ensure timely delivery. Prepare detailed daily and weekly site reports covering work status, material usage, and site issues. Communicate updates and challenges to project managers and engineers. 4. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox meetings. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site. Maintain compliance with local building codes and company policies. 5. Material & Resource Management Verify material deliveries against purchase orders and prevent wastage.
