Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to lead our projects in vibrant Dubai, UAE. As a key player in our company, which operates in the dynamic field of interior design, you will oversee the execution of various design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Site Management & Coordination Supervise day-to-day interior site operations, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensure manpower availability and allocate tasks to workers efficiently. 2. Quality Control Review drawings, material specifications, and design details before execution. Inspect completed work for quality and ensure compliance with project standards. Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress and ensure milestones are met. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including work status, material usage, and site issues. Update project managers or engineers with progress and challenges. 4. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety rules and regulations on the job site. Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure proper use of PPE. Make sure all activities comply with local building codes and company policies. 5. Material & Resource Management Check material deliveries and verify them against purchase orders. Prevent material wastage and monitor inventory levels. Request required materials in advance to avoid delays. 6. Problem-Solving & Communication Resolve site-related issues quickly to maintain workflow. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project teams. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with on-site progress.
