About the role
A public accounting firm in North York is looking for an accountant ready to take the next step in their career.
Tasks
- Work on audit, review, and compilation/NTR engagements for owner-managed businesses
- Prepare and review financial statements, plus personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
- Help shape firm standards
Requirements
- Hold a CPA, CA, or equivalent designation
- Have 21⁄2–5 years of public accounting experience including assurance, NTR, and tax
- Know ASPE, ASNFPO, and CAS
- CCH, CaseWare, and TaxPrep experience is an asset
