Programm DescriptionWe are committed to offering each year the opportunity for several graduates from Santa Cruz de la Sierra to join our team and gain hands-on experience within an internationally operating commodity trading company. We offer a graduate program for university graduates looking for a beginning of their career in the industry of commodities. Our internships last up to 6 months, providing valuable exposure to the industry. Based on performance, there is potential for a permanent position upon completion of the internship. Company DescriptionMUFF TRADING AG is a commodity trading boutique specializing in physical trading of precious metals and non-ferrous raw materials out of South America. The company, founded in 2018, is a fully independent family business with headquarters in Baar, Switzerland. MUFF TRADING has established a global presence with offices in Baar, Santa Cruz, Potosi, Oruro and Sao Paulo.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Program, based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Participants will be involved in day-to-day tasks across several departments, including Finance & Controlling, Operations, IT, Accounting and Administration. The goal is to provide candidates with a strong first experience of the variety within our business, while also assessing where they best fit within the organization.

CompensationWhile it is a temporary internship contract, we do provide compensation during the engagement period.
