Job description
ZANOGEN INDUSTRIAL KNIVES & BLADES is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Support professional in East Rand, Gauteng, South Africa. In this collaborative role, you will help maintain customer satisfaction, support the sales team, and keep sales processes running smoothly. You will report to the Sales Manager and work with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, supporting the sales team.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support clear communication across departments.
- Monitor customer orders and update clients on delivery timelines.
- Review sales data, identify trends, and share insights to help improve sales strategies.
- Organize sales leads and ensure timely, efficient follow-up.
- Provide customer service support and help resolve issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Matric or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support or administration is preferred.
