Key Responsibilities
Trade Analysis & Market IntelligenceResearch and analyze import/export data to identify market opportunities, particularly in FIBC (Big Bag) purchasing.Utilize AI tools to optimize analysis processes; provide reports on market trends and business recommendations.Stay current on international trade regulations and best practices; analyze Chile-specific data for continuous improvement.Customer Support & Commercial ProcessingProvide active support and advice to new and existing customers; manage inquiries professionally and promptly.Prepare and price quotations (subject to Sales team approval), track leads, and process orders.Proactively inform clients of price changes, shipment status, and delivery updates on a weekly basis.Manage customer claims in coordination with Sales and Logistics.Operations & AdministrationMaintain accurate order and customer data in the ERP system (ODOO).Review labels and artwork; prepare weekly/monthly import and invoicing reports.Handle courier documentation, delivery quotations, and duty/tax calculations for samples and FIBC orders.Schedule client visits with advance preparation, including minutes and follow-up actions.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with field sales, logistics, finance, and production teams.Prepare presentations, analyses, and statistics for key accounts.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & AnalyticalStrong analytical skills; experience with AI tools and data analysis software in a professional context.Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ERP experience (ODOO or similar) is an advantage.Commercial & Personal AttributesStrong customer service mindset; proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Collaborative, adaptable team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in English.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or international trade operations.Knowledge of import/export processes and trade regulations.Familiarity with AI tools and data analysis software in a pro
