Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Field of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Information Technology
• Work Experience: Have experience in inventory audit count, encoding, cycle and variance count analysis, and reporting.
• Skills: Inventory Management, Attention to Detail, Accuracy & Verification, Basic Data Analysis and Problem-Solving.
• Others: Warehouse clerical tasks from BULK, FG, PM areas and audit tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Counter-check receiving and releasing transactions against actual and system inventory.
• Analyze and reconcile inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movements and report inventory concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments on inventory-related activities.
