Inventory Specialist

Graduate of BS Mathematics/ IT or any related course
With 6 -12 months experience in retail audit is an advantage
Preferably residing around Rizal area
He /She will perform actual counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
Inspects Inventory damages
Ensures that all stock is organized, properly stored, and in good condition
Oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
Analyzes sales records and compares them to physical store inventory ensuring that sales record & actual store inventory match up; (Checking Sales Invoices.)
Uses computerized inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory related data.
