INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Location: Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal
Start Date: ASAP
Alta Philippines is looking for an Inventory Specialist. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for accurate tracking, monitoring, and control of all inventory across branches, warehouse, and online platforms to prevent stockouts and losses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records (store, warehouse, e-commerce)
• Monitor stock levels and report low or critical items
• Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies
• Oversee receiving and releasing of stocks
• Prepare inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Coordinate with sales and production for restocking
Qualifications:
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or related role
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• With good communication and problem-solving skills (advantageous)
