Job description
About the role
Low Price is seeking an invoicing clerk to prepare and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Verify invoices against sales orders and delivery documents.
- Enter invoices and related data into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate invoicing records and documentation.
- Follow up on invoice discrepancies and corrections.
- Assist with accounts receivable and other administrative duties.
- Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts or administration preferred.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Honest, reliable and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
