Job description
Title: iOS Developer Location: Texas City, Texas, United States Job Type: Full-Time W2 Contract Responsibilities Develop and prototype native iOS applications and features for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV platforms. Participate in the full app lifecycle: concept, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and App Store release. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to improve iOS app performance and user experience. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best programming practices. Perform unit testing to ensure app robustness, usability, and reliability, including edge cases. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs promptly. Build and maintain reusable and reliable code to ensure scalability and long-term performance. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of professional iOS development experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of the latest iOS features and technologies. Proficient in Swift and Cocoa Touch frameworks. Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit for UI development. Fluent in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture. Solid understanding of MVVM programming architecture. Experience consuming RESTful APIs. Familiar with multiple iOS frameworks and integrating third-party libraries. Experience with Jira for task and project tracking is a plus. Knowledge of Objective-C and Swift Charts is a plus.
