IT-03 ServiceNow Developer/System Administrator

Tasks

• You'll help build and support a modern ServiceNow ecosystem that includes IT Service Management (ITSM), Facilities Operations & Workplace Services, Enterprise & Hardware Asset Management, Workflow Automation, Service Catalog & Employee Experience, AI & Agentic Automation Capabilities, Corporate Services Applications, and Digital Modernization Initiatives.
• You will help design and deliver solutions that improve operations, increase automation, and support employees and Canadians across the country.

Requirements

• Experienced; currently employed within the Government of Canada and located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
• CBC, BBB, or English Essential language profiles.
• ServiceNow administration and/or development expertise.
• Passion for automation and service excellence.
• Interest in helping build the next generation of digital services at CAS.

Schedule

• Hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the Treasury Board Secretariat Direction on Prescribed Presence in the Workplace.
