Job description
About the role
Support a large-scale enterprise Operations Transformation program within the refining industry.
Tasks
- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Support large-scale enterprise transformation and refining projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Manage requirements across complex programs involving 1,000+ requirements.
- Support vendor selection, evaluation, and management activities.
- Work with legacy systems and new system integrations.
- Help streamline operational data, communication, and visualization across refinery operations.
- Ensure effective collaboration between multiple vendors and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
- Vendor Management and Coordination.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience with Large Enterprise Programs.
- System Integration and Legacy System Modernization experience.
- Refining, Oil amp; Gas, or Industrial Operations experience is a plus.
