Job description
Tasks
- Gather, analyze, and manage requirements for a large-scale refinery operations project involving 1,000+ requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand refinery operations, workflows, and business needs.
- Support the integration of legacy systems and new vendor platforms.
- Help align backend integrations with a unified operational interface.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and system integrators.
- Support vendor selection, solution planning, and implementation activities.
- Help streamline operational data visibility, communication, and workflows across refinery locations.
Requirements
- IT Business Analysis experience in refinery-specific projects
- Requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience with legacy system integrations and enterprise applications
- Understanding of refinery operations and operational data workflows
- Ability to collaborate with multiple vendors and technical teams
- Must be eligible to convert to full-time without sponsorship
