IT Business Senior Analyst

Tasks

• Define system scope, objectives, and requirements for complex projects.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze complex business processes and system issues to recommend effective solutions.
• Support system change initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Collaborate with business clients to define functional specifications and provide operational support.
• Identify, assess, and communicate business and technology risks and impacts.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate control issues with transparency.

Requirements
