IT Computer Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops
- Install, configure, and update Windows, software, and applications
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
- Set up computers, monitors, printers, and other office equipment
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and network issues
- Provide technical support to team members
- Perform regular PC maintenance and system checks
- Maintain inventory of computers and accessories
- Recommend upgrades and ensure security and proper handling of company computers and data

Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related course
- With experience in computer repair, troubleshooting, or IT support (fresh graduates are welcome, the company offers training)
- Knowledgeable in Windows OS, hardware, and networking
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Night Shift:
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
