IT Consultant – Salesforce Architect

Tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Aura Components, Visual Flows, workflows, and Process Builder automation.
• Develop and manage Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites.
• Build advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Design offline-capable Salesforce forms using Survey123 or other suitable Salesforce tools.
• Implement and troubleshoot third-party integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and web services.
• Support data migration and imports using Salesforce Data Loader and other tools.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for release management, sandbox deployments, testing, and production releases.
• Support user acceptance testing, resolve system issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor and train development resources while collaborating with business teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Aura Components.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, workflow automation, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience developing complex reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data migration, ETL tools, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
