IT Managed Services Associate

Qualifications: - College graduate of BS Information Technology or equivalent. - Good fundamental IT knowledge and familiarity with various technology domains (CompTIA A+ Certification is an advantage, but not required). - Good knowledge on the adquisition and implementation of IT Service Management/ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage but not required). - Good familiarity or knowledge of project management (CAPM and/or PMP certification is an advantage but not required). - Ability to communicate and collaborate with varying levels of business users. - Self-starter/proactive mentality with the ability to work well with team members towards achieving common goals and objectives. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong application of common sense and logic in simplifying various activities. - Curiosity and strong interest in emerging technologies or new ways of working.
