Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking confident, fluent English speakers based in Latin America to join our U.S.-focused IT marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of programming or software development experience, excellent spoken English, and strong communication skills. This role is primarily focused on outbound calling, professional phone and video conversations, and representing IT professionals to U.S.-based companies, recruiters, and hiring managers. Excellent verbal communication, confidence, and the ability to engage naturally in English are our top priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to U.S. companies, recruiters, and prospective clients. Communicate confidently and professionally in English over the phone and through video calls. Represent IT professionals during scheduled interviews and conversations with potential employers. Clearly communicate candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications. Develop professional relationships with clients and business partners. Handle follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing communications. Collaborate with the internal team during U.S. business hours. Leverage AI-powered tools and communication platforms to improve efficiency. REQUIREMENTS Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher preferred). Excellent verbal communication, pronunciation, listening, and comprehension skills. 2–3 years of programming or software development experience. Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks and languages. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently in English. Comfortable making cold calls and handling spontaneous conversations. Availability to work during U.S. business hours. Reliable internet connection, quality microphone and camera, and a quiet workspace. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive, performance-based compensation. Initial onboarding (25 days): $3 base rate + $0.30 per minute. After successful onboarding: $4 base rate + $0.40 per minute. Opportunities for performance-based growth and increased earnings. Fully remote work environment. Direct exposure to U.S. companies, recruiters, and IT professionals. APPLICATION & ASSESSMENT Applicants must submit a single video covering the following two topics: 1. Self-Introduction & English Communication Introduce yourself and briefly discuss your professional background, education, relevant experience, and interests. Explain why you are interested in this position. Speak naturally and confidently, as if you were introducing yourself to a U.S.-based client or hiring manager. 2. Frontend Development Experience & Technical Skills Walk us through your frontend development experience, including: Your years of experience and previous projects. Programming languages, frameworks, and tools you have worked with (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, etc.). Your primary responsibilities and strongest technical skills. Examples of applications or products you have developed. Video Submission Guidelines Submit one video covering both topics. Speak clearly and naturally, using your own words rather than reading from a prepared script. We want to assess your English fluency, technical knowledge, presentation skills, and confidence. Shortlisted applicants will also be invited to a live English conversation and a simulated cold-calling exercise. WHAT MATTERS MOST We prioritize practical English communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle real-world professional conversations over language certificates or written test scores. Fully remote - work from anywhere in Argentina
