IT Procurement Lead

Tasks

• Lead IT category planning, strategic sourcing, and sourcing execution.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing structures, contract terms, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and procurement process optimization.

Requirements

• 7–10 Years
• Strong expertise in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, commercial analysis, and sourcing events.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement policies, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement and contract management systems.

Schedule
