Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Assist in the implementation of new software and hardware systems, providing training and support to end-users. Develop and update IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Monitor network security and implement necessary protections to safeguard company data. Collaborate with teams to identify technology needs and propose innovative solutions. Participate in project planning and execution, contributing technical expertise to drive successful outcomes. Track and report on IT performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of systems and processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in common IT tools such as Windows Server, networking systems, and cloud technologies. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mentality. Team Structure: Our IT department is comprised of a diverse team of professionals, all committed to enhancing our technological capabilities. You will directly report to the IT Manager and work closely with software developers, system administrators, and project managers. Reporting Relationships: This position reports to the IT Manager and will involve regular interactions with department heads to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration is key; you will engage with multiple business units to gather technology requirements and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.
