IT Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end IT program delivery and project governance.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and vendors.
• Oversee real estate technology initiatives, including facilities management, lease administration, space planning, and sustainability.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management, or Capital Programs.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, e-Builder, Oracle Unifier, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of IWMS, TRIRIGA, Archibus, or Planon.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC, or Philadelphia metropolitan area.
