IT Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead multiple interconnected IT projects and manage dependencies, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Drive insurance technology initiatives involving policy administration, claims, underwriting, and related systems.
• Manage risks, issues, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations.
• Coordinate with executive stakeholders, business teams, and external technology vendors.
• Oversee program delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Direct experience in Life, P&C, or Health Insurance.
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms such as Guidewire or Duck Creek.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Schedule

• 11 Months Contract
• 100% Onsite
