IT Program Manager – Insurance Solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project / Program Management experience
• Strong Insurance Domain experience – Life, P&C, or Health Insurance
• Experience managing multiple projects, dependencies, timelines, and resources
• Knowledge of insurance workflows – Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims & Reinsurance
• Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire / Duck Creek or similar systems
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills
• Experience with program budgets, forecasting, risk management, and issue resolution
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Preferred: PMP / PgMP / Agile / Scrum certifications
• Preferred: Insurance digital transformation experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of insurance regulations, data privacy, and compliance
