Job description
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas is required: Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, AI Control Tower, or Vulnerability Management.
- IT Project Management & End-to-End Delivery
- ServiceNow Module Implementation / Enhancement – Mandatory
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (DR)
- AI Control Tower / AI Governance
- Vulnerability Management & Remediation Tracking
- Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules-not just using ServiceNow for tickets, incidents or project tracking.
- Work Authorization: Any
- Must start onsite from Day 1 and provide written confirmation.
