Tasks

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals for contract and permanent roles.
• Identify new clients, generate staffing requirements, and build business relationships.
• Find opportunities in SAP/ERP, software development, cloud solutions, QA/testing, and IT consulting.
• Connect with hiring managers, HR professionals, and IT decision-makers through LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate interviews, and support client discussions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and business development.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and lead generation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome.
