Job description
Tasks
- Lead Service Delivery, ServiceNow operations, NOC, and Major Incident Management.
- Drive multiple infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects already underway and ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Healthcare infrastructure experience is mandatory.
- Deep ServiceNow experience (ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change & Major Incident Management).
- Proven leadership in infrastructure projects involving cloud migrations, data centers, networking, virtualization, servers, storage, and disaster recovery.
- Strong NOC Operations, ITIL processes, and enterprise service delivery experience.
- Previous hands-on experience as an Infrastructure, Systems, Network Engineer, or Architect.
- Strong project/program management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
