QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1–3 years IT Service Desk/ Helpdesk / IT Technical Support international experience
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, MS 365, VPN, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be a Filipino Citizen
