JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support to employees and teachers
• Troubleshoot computer, software, and network issues
• Set up and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain internet and network connectivity
• Assist with system and software installations and updates
• Maintain IT equipment and troubleshoot technical problems
• Ensure the smooth operation of the school’s technology systems
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course
• With relevant IT experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Possess organization, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
