Job description

Requirements

Minimum SMK graduate (Vocational High School) in Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ), Software Engineering (RPL), or related IT fields.
Strong ability to manage, update, and maintain the hotel website and content management systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware & software
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though relevant experience or internship in web management and IT support is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel systems is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work flexibly to support hotel operations.
Basic to intermediate English skills
