Job description
Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements:
1. Monitor of printer service request until resolved
2. Identify the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues
3. Perform troubleshoot techniques for technical issues
4. Repair/replace equipment as necessary
5. Proactive approach towards technical issues
6. Excellent customer service
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related field
2. Working experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Effective communication skills
4. Good background in hardware, software, and networking
5. Willing to have training in Quezon City office
6. For deployment in Libis, Quezon City and Ortigas
